Legal agreement for using the HomeRunIPTV service in USA and Canada
1. Scope of Application
These Terms of Service govern all contracts between HomeRunIPTV (hereinafter "Provider," "we," or "us") and customers (hereinafter "Customer," "you") regarding the use of our IPTV service. Customer terms that deviate from these terms will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.
HomeRunIPTV is a premium IPTV service provider serving customers in the United States and Canada. Our service includes access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and other digital services via an internet connection. We provide HomeRunIPTV with 20,000+ channels and 60,000+ VOD titles in 4K/8K quality.
2. Contract Conclusion
The presentation of our IPTV plans on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to the customer to submit an offer. By ordering a subscription via WhatsApp or email, the customer submits a binding offer to enter into a contract. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the offer, which occurs by sending the access credentials via WhatsApp or email for your HomeRunIPTV account.
The contract text is not stored by us and is therefore not accessible to the customer. However, the customer can view their order data via the order confirmation via WhatsApp and email for their HomeRunIPTV service.
3. Services and Prices
Our IPTV subscriptions include access to a large number of live television channels, video-on-demand content, and other digital services. The exact content of the service can be found in the product description on our website or in the communication via WhatsApp for your HomeRunIPTV plan.
The prices listed on our website at the time of ordering apply. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) excluding applicable taxes. The prices apply to the selected subscription period (3, 6, 12, or 24 months). The subscription does not automatically renew after the agreed term. The service ends automatically after the booked period for your HomeRunIPTV account.
4. Payment Terms
Payment of the agreed price is due after the conclusion of the contract. The customer can choose between the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, or Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin). Payment processing is carried out through certified third-party providers. We do not store any credit card or bank details of the customer for your HomeRunIPTV subscription.
The IPTV service is activated upon receipt of payment. In the event of default in payment, we reserve the right to refuse the service or terminate the contract. The customer is obliged to report a failed payment for their HomeRunIPTV account.
5. Activation and Access Credentials
After successful payment, the customer will receive their access credentials (Xtream Codes: Server URL, Username, Password) within 5 minutes via WhatsApp or email for HomeRunIPTV. The customer is obliged to keep the access credentials confidential and protect them from third-party access. In the event of loss or misuse of the access credentials, the customer is obliged to notify us immediately. In this case, we will provide new access credentials for HomeRunIPTV.
Each subscription is intended for a specific number of devices (1-5). Simultaneous use on more than the booked number of devices is not permitted and may result in blocking access for your HomeRunIPTV account.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
The customer is entitled to use the IPTV service exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, particularly public screening of the service in business premises, hotels, restaurants, or similar establishments, is prohibited without our express written consent for HomeRunIPTV.
The customer is not permitted to share the access credentials with third parties or make the service accessible to third parties. Distribution, recording, or public making available of service content is prohibited. In the event of violation of these terms of use, we reserve the right to block access to the service without prior notice and to terminate the contract extraordinarily. In this case, no refund of amounts already paid will be made for your HomeRunIPTV subscription.
7. Availability and Liability
We strive to maintain the highest possible availability of our service at 99.9% of the time. Technical failures, maintenance work, force majeure, and problems with the customer's internet connection may lead to temporary restrictions for HomeRunIPTV. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via WhatsApp or on the website whenever possible.
We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by an intentional or negligent breach of duty, as well as for damages resulting from the breach of material contractual obligations. In the event of breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Liability for data loss is limited to the typical recovery costs. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded for HomeRunIPTV service.
8. Contract Term and Termination
The contract runs for the minimum term selected by the customer (3, 6, 12, or 24 months) and ends automatically after that term. There is no automatic renewal. After the minimum term expires, the customer can renew the subscription by placing a new order for HomeRunIPTV.
The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected. Good cause exists in particular if the customer violates the terms of use, shares access credentials with third parties, or abuses the service for your HomeRunIPTV account.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Refund
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as provided under applicable consumer protection laws (including US state laws and Canadian consumer protection acts). Since IPTV subscriptions are digital services that are provided immediately after contract conclusion, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the service has been fully provided, provided the customer expressly consented to the start of the service before the withdrawal period expired. HomeRunIPTV obtains this express consent before contract conclusion.

10. Privacy Policy
Protecting your personal data is important to us. Information about the collection, processing, and use of your data can be found in our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA for your HomeRunIPTV service.
11. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The customer agrees not to use the HomeRunIPTV service for unlawful purposes or to transmit content that:
- Infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent)
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or incites violence
- Contains images of child sexual abuse – zero-tolerance policy
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Violates applicable local, state, or federal laws (USA or Canada)
Violations will result in immediate termination of service without refund and reporting to the appropriate authorities for your HomeRunIPTV account.
12. Fair Use Policy
HomeRunIPTV operates under a fair use policy. The service is intended for normal private use. Excessive or abusive use that negatively affects other customers may result in service restrictions. Examples of excessive use include:
- 24/7 continuous streaming on multiple devices simultaneously
- Automated downloading or recording of entire channel lists
- Reselling or sharing access outside your household
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and the relationship between you and HomeRunIPTV shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of HomeRunIPTV shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that you may only bring claims against HomeRunIPTV in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
14. Modifications to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will be communicated to the customer at least 30 days before their effective date via email or WhatsApp for HomeRunIPTV. If the customer does not agree to the modified terms, they have the right to terminate the contract effective as of the date the modifications take effect. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected. Modifications that are legally required or that are solely for the customer's benefit will take effect immediately.
15. Service Limitations and Modifications
HomeRunIPTV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including the availability of any features, databases, or content. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to the service that may adversely affect you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service for your HomeRunIPTV account.
16. Third-Party Links and Content
HomeRunIPTV may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that HomeRunIPTV shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HomeRunIPTV, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the HomeRunIPTV service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of HomeRunIPTV caused damage to a third party.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HomeRunIPTV regarding your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and HomeRunIPTV (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these Terms of Service).
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect for your HomeRunIPTV service.
